Display complete commit hashes instead of truncated 12-character versions in the results summary --history table for better identification and usability. Signed-off-by: Gustavo Padovan <gustavo.padovan@collabora.com>
Change the history table to show git tags instead of commit names for better identification of releases and tagged commits. Empty columns are shown for untagged commits. - Replace 'Name' column header with 'Tags' - Display git_commit_tags joined with commas if multiple tags exist - Update documentation to reflect the new table format Signed-off-by: Gustavo Padovan <gustavo.padovan@collabora.com>
