Infix 25.10 GNS3 Image Takes Forever to Boot

Current Behavior

Running GNS3 with the latest release hangs for at least 5 minutes:

Expected Behavior

Only backing store on an MMC controller should run into this resize at boot.

Additional information

Verify that the fixes done in the 25.11 release cycle really have fixed this for the GNS3 image. If so, update the ChangeLog to "up to 300 seconds" rather than the current 30 seconds.
