Restructure wiki: consolidate nav, rename pages, add sidebar - Merge Getting Started into Home (setup steps 1–5 now on the landing page) - Rename pages to match new nav order: eewBackbone Reference → eewBackbone CLI Scripts → CLI Automation Tests → GUI - Automation Plot Specific → GUI - Plot Specific Sandbox → GUI - Sandbox Test Types → About Testing - Update all cross-references throughout - Add _Sidebar.md with explicit page order
