#Baskets Overview ##Description Baskets is a workflow management system created to help subcontractors estimate, track, and bill jobs. It works in tandem with QuickBooks to create invoices for supplies and jobs done. The primary goal of Baskets is to reduce data input and to track jobs. ##Design Baskets will be a web-application coded mainly in php with a mysql database. It will be scalable to display nicely on tablets and desktops. ##Scope Baskets will manage a job from start to finish, including workers, supplies, and tasks. The program will store vendors, items, and prices for estimates and will create the necessary invoices via the QuickBooks API. ##Baskets Estimates -> Orders -> Jobs -> Payroll -> Invoices
