Split up WoT spec

WoT covers multiple access descriptions using WoT Binding Templates.
Split them up here per binding template so we have:

• wot-http for Web APIs over HTTP
• wot-mqv for MQTT streams
• wot-kafka for Kafka streams
• wot-tcp for TCP streams
