[Feature Request] Marathon mode score scaling (similar to LANAKPPA ZPNEEOIP or ZANAKPPA)

Currently Marathon Mode offers the ability to play on a fixed level, which is nice. However, the game genie codes LANAKPPA ZPNEEOIP and ZANAKPPA would do the same for levels 18 and 19 with one difference: scoring would continue to scale normally.

Could a version of Marathon Mode based on setting 1 be added that includes score scaling?
