This PR adds some tests for
switchMap(one of my fav operators) 🎉 ✨. @kitten let me know how these look, they're pretty much based right off the other operator tests, with the exception of the timer test. For that one, I use Jest's fake timers to speed it up so we're not waiting around for those intervals to actually emit 😅.
