If networking-ns-cert deployment is not found, run the following command:

kubectl apply --filename https://github.com/knative/serving/releases/download/vv0.12.0/serving-nscert.ya

It is actually https://github.com/knative/serving/releases/download/v0.12.0/serving-nscert.ya
One "v" is a typo. Keep on the good work, nice documentation!
