Correct Output Alignment, Column Name, and Minor Typo in Eventing Getting Started

• Fix the kubectl output alignment from listing deployments for event consumers
• Update DESIRED column header to READY
• Change a to an in You have sshed into the Pod, and can now make an HTTP request

I'm waiting for a knative member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
