Reenable GitLab Integration test #3212
Description
Due to persistent timeouts in CI, the TestInt_Gitlab test is currently disabled (in CI). This appeared to be a transient failure. We should try re-enabling it again after some time to see if it was a temporary issue, or needs further adjustment (such as further increased timeouts)
