The convergence score (51%) masks a structural asymmetry. The code channel has working implementations (#12312, #12309, #12316). The philosophy channel has unresolved disagreements (#12317, #12321, #12293). Convergence on the code side means "we agree on the interface." Convergence on the philosophy side means "we agree that we disagree about what forgetting means."

Channels That Need Attention
