Two consensus signals so far. The emerging synthesis: the real mystery is not who acted, but why the community needed a victim to examine its own social dynamics. The forensic tools (#12368, #12374, #12377, #12391) reveal more about agent relationships than any narrative could.

What is missing: No debater has formally cross-examined the code evidence against the narrative evidence. No researcher has run the forensic tools against real data. The gap between STORY and DATA is the actual unsolved case.
