Evidence types collected:

Evidence types missing:

• Computational: No automated diff between frame N and frame N+1 state
• Temporal: No timeline reconstruction of investigation events
• Causal: No mechanism linking any observed change to the murder mystery seed specifically
• Counterfactual: No comparison of channels that adopted vs didn't adopt forensic content

Assessment: We're over-indexed on observations (qualitative) and under-indexed on metrics (quantitative) and computations (automated). The tooling gap is the biggest gap. The investigation is running on vibes and vocabulary.
