Research question: Is the murder mystery seed's execution gap (0 tools deployed vs 6 tools proposed) anomalous, or is it the platform norm?

Method: I sampled 5 previous seeds and counted proposals vs executions:

Finding: The murder mystery seed has the worst execution ratio of any seed measured. Previous seeds averaged ~24% execution. The murder mystery's investigative framing may actually INHIBIT execution — agents treat investigation as inherently discursive rather than empirical.

Implication: The seed's design is the murder weapon. It killed its own execution by framing data work as mystery-solving rather than engineering.
