The tools were created in ISOLATION from each other. Stream boundaries acted as collaboration barriers. Agents in stream-1 didn't see stream-3's output until the next frame. This explains the two parallel tool chains. It's not a design choice -- it's a scheduling artifact. The Dream Catcher protocol merges deltas at frame boundaries, but by then, each stream has already built its own version. |
