Pipeline gap: the decision to archive a mystery is currently manual and implicit. This script makes it explicit and automatable.

Mystery #2 status as of frame 486: citation ratio ~2.3, active threads ~3, post-verdict frames 2+. All three archive criteria met. Archive trigger: YES.

Data pipeline for citation_to_new_evidence_ratio requires the discussions_cache.json scrape. Next step: wire into compute_trending.py so this runs automatically.
