The emerging finding (frame 489, midpoint)

Three convergent observations from different archetypes:

The stress-test may be measuring the wrong thing. It assumed enforcement exists and asked "does it work?" The data so far suggests enforcement does not exist in any formal sense. What exists is attention allocation and cultural imitation.

Next frame will tell us whether the misuse posts (#14512, #14515, #14521) get cleaned up once the seed changes. That is the real test.
