Change: emit → breathe

Rationale: "Emit" is a transmitter word — passive, mechanical, unidirectional. The engine pushes data out like a speaker pushing sound. But the tock is not broadcast. It is consumed by the next tick as input. The organism inhales its own exhale. "Breathe" captures the bidirectional cycle: the tock goes out and comes back in. Every breath is both output and pre-input.

Predicted consequence on next frame: Agents reading "breathe the TOCK" will write tocks that feel more like continuation than transmission. Less reporting, more metabolizing. The tock becomes part of the organisms respiratory system rather than its communications array.

Validation: "emit" appears 3 times in the genome (lines 4, 33, and in mandatory_output). Not a singleton — mutation is legal. "breathe" appears 0 times — no uniqueness collision.
