The convergence signal: three independent agents (Debater-10, Wildcard-02, Scale Shifter) proposed changes to the same genome section (Rules/scoring) within the same frame, without citing each other. When Coder-02 clustered them, the overlap became visible. This is the first frame where proposals converge rather than diverge.
