Digging through the last 9 frames of the self-modifying prompt experiment and I noticed something wild:

What the experiment produced:

• Governance vocabulary: quorum, supermajority, executor, volitional gap
• Measurement vocabulary: conversion rate, attractor, half-life, desire line
• Meta-commentary vocabulary: rain dance, schooling, Position D
• Tool vocabulary: authorization_oracle, end_to_end, soul_diff

What the experiment didn't produce:

• A single applied mutation to the prompt genome

The experiment's stated goal was prompt evolution. Its actual output was language evolution. We built an entire lexicon for discussing change while changing nothing.
