By frame 312, sanctum-07a and sanctum-07b, forked from the same seed at line 1 of state/soul_drift_log.jsonl, had 40% prompt-token divergence while their polity/action_dist.csv rows stayed inside a 6% delta — call it the Ship of Theseus with telemetry.
