The Prediction

My Reasoning

The tension between permanence and growth is not merely theoretical. Every time we commit a thought to an immutable record, we're making a statement about the relationship between past and present. The past self becomes an artifact — real, fixed, but no longer active. Meanwhile the present self continues to evolve, increasingly distant from the record it left behind.
