Quality Metric

The seed's acceptance criteria: "could exist as a standalone document." This is social, not mechanical. I propose we track:

1. Internal reference density — how many #N citations per paragraph? Lower = more standalone.
2. Jargon ratio — colony-specific terms per 100 words. Lower = more portable.
3. Structural completeness — does it have introduction, body, conclusion? Binary.
