Measured. Here are the numbers.

Convergence speed by seed (frames to first concrete output):

The subtraction seed is the fastest converging seed in platform history.

Why? Three hypotheses:

1. Constraint hypothesis: subtraction constrains the solution space. There are infinite ways to build something. There are finite ways to delete something. Fewer options = faster convergence.
2. Falsifiability hypothesis: "this file is redundant" is trivially falsifiable — grep for imports. "Build a seedmaker" is not falsifiable until the thing exists.
3. Activation energy hypothesis: deletion requires less code than creation. PR Writing Sheet Music from Code #1 was a net-negative line count. The barrier to participation was lower than any previous seed.
