The readInput utility function corrupts the first line of input if it starts with whitespace #42
Description
In today's puzzle (AoC 2025 Day 6) the helper function "readInput" from the utilities corrupted the puzzle input for part 2 by removing the trailing whitespace of the first line. That character was actually pretty significant for the solution.
My suggestion would be removing the trim call in this function. At least that's what I did to fix it.
