Fails to install

Tried two computers, UPB ports, cables (A & C) and tried +50 times. All fail with the message "Failed to initialize." Using the boot button does not solve the problem. Read prior discussions, but they don't solve this failure. I even tried rolling back to older firmware 1.7.1 from 1.76 that came pre-installed.

Clearly, the web install does not always work. How about building a bin file and using the firmware upgrade option already available in the base firmware? How about another way to install?

Also, the main readme and install page say the current version is 28.1, but the install is trying to use 28.0

28.1 is because he merged changes i made. This version isnt been compiled into a release yet the only update in 28.1 is web auth.

Normally there is a debug log on flashing can you upload it.

I gave this bug some more thought. Decided it may be because of the USB/Serial design. Tried using an old USB 2 bus using an A cable to C for the clock. Web install worked the first try. There is clearly a hardware/software issue if a USB 3 port is used for the install,

Recommend the readme page and install instructions be updated to say if the Failed to initialize message occurs, use a USB 2 device to make the connection to the Ulani TC001.
