Description

Motivation: As Bella the data scientist, I need to view the contents of the secrets while creating/editing a Workspace.

Acceptance Criteria

• Include an Eye Icon on each Row in Workspace Wizard's Secrets table
• Clicking the icon would show a popover with the secret's contents
