feat: add spell check - misspell

Add spelling check integration using misspell

• included spell-lint target into lint makefile target
• exclude CHANGELOG, go.mod, go.sum and vendor packages for spell check
• add installation script for spell-check trough .sh file
• fix spell checks in current repository
