Successful logs for ci-kubernetes-snyk-master extremely verbose

Some time ago, debug options were added to the snyk CLI command in order to ensure information was present if needed for debugging.

Sadly, this also seems to make the logs SO verbose that they are useless for normal cases where the command completes successfully.

Opening an issue to record this to-do.

Perhaps we could simply remove the debug flag? Or, check status codes and re-run with debug flag only in the case of detected failure?
