Update the UI to show the scavenge result (Success/Failed) in the scavenge history on the admin screen. The scavenge screen now shows the result of the scavenge, and if the scavenge failed it shows the error message included in the
$scavengeCompletedevent.Also, the number of chunks scavenged are now shown on the scavenge screen instead of 'Some chunks scavenged' for the
$scavengeChunkCompletedevents
