Contributing to the Standard Library

While there is no formal guide or set of rules to follow, if you would like to contribute, please follow these temporary rules:

1 Avoid templates

Use overloads. Not because templates do not work - they most certainly do - but because that's how we end up with C++'s mess.

2 Optimize before you PR

I will attempt to optimize your code again so if they require a lot of optimization work before I touch them I will not be too thrilled.

3 Use sanity when naming things

Example, C++'s std::vector. It's a dynamic array. Call it a dyn_array.
