Ray Studio 1.1.0 — Standalone Windows app
Download Ray-Studio-1.1.0-windows-x64.zip from Assets below, extract it, and double-click Ray Studio.exe. Your default browser opens automatically. No Node.js installation or administrator access is required.
Requires Windows 10/11 x64 and a modern browser. Keep the server window open while drawing; close it or press Ctrl+C to stop.
This release includes the physics diagram editor, live reflection and virtual-image construction, adjustable grids, attached labels, editable project files, and PNG/SVG/PDF exports. It also improves project validation, local server security, and autosave recovery.
Verified with 7 unit tests and 4 browser workflows, including running the executable from an isolated folder with Node removed from PATH.
The ZIP includes runtime license notices, a quick-start guide, build metadata, and an executable checksum. The executable is unsigned, so Windows or organization policy may display a publisher warning. Save important diagrams using Save project; browser autosave is specific to your browser profile and local address.
Ray Studio is now available under the MIT License (copyright 2026 kw39), including the application code in this release. Download the separate LICENSE asset for the full terms. The original ZIP and executable are unchanged; their Node.js and third-party notices still apply. Future packages include the application license inside the ZIP.
