Light colored theme for StackExchange sites

Based heavily on http://userstyles.org/styles/96444/custom-stack-exchange-and-stack-overflow-chat with the emphasis on lighter colors instead of darker ones. Requires Stylish (add-on for most browsers) to use.

Directions:

1. Click on Stylish icon
2. Click on "New"
3. Copy greys_and_blues.css data into "Code" section
4. Add appropriate *.StackExchange.com links in "Domains" section
5. Click "Save & Exit"
