Oxblend 1.3.2

Oxblend 1.3.2 improves library compatibility: a qualified broken dependency pointer inside a linked library now degrades to a per-usage library_null_pointer warning, matching Blender, instead of refusing the project. pack rechecks and clears those dependency slots in copied libraries; the qualified packed files open in Blender with identical normalized ID, modifier, constraint and driver data. Main-file structure, unrelated invalid pointers and missing linked IDs remain strict; missing physical files keep their existing incomplete-report and exit contracts.
