Add Lint for javascript filles and editorconfig

This PR add the eslint, prettier and editorconfig, to make more uniform the hole code. I added to a script to check every push the lint of files.

As always, I appreciate the effort!
I'll merge this, but, for now, I won't bump the version, since there are no functionality changes.

I created an issue to use git hooks to maintain a stable and clean codebase. I won't be able to take a look at it this week because of Python Nordeste, so if you're interested, take a look at the issue.
