Firefox icon does not appear in waybar using labwc - [SOLVED]

The Firefox icon does not appear in the waybar panel in labwc.

Is this problem related to labwc or the waybar?

Waybar's icon loading and presenting should be completely unaffected by a compositor.

This might be labwc's issue if we are notifying a wrong app_id to waybar, but it's most likely a firefox or waybar's issue.

You can check following things:

• app_id of Firefox (wlrctl toplevel list should print firefox: <window title>)
• /usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop and Icon= directive inside it
• The names of icon files (e.g. /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/firefox.svg)
