* feat: enabled admins to delete other admins * chore: removed db-migration completely * feat: allow admins to create new admins. admins can now edit own name but not email and cant delete themselves

Admins can edit their own name and last name. They cannot edit their email address as that would make them unable to ever log in again. They cannot delete themselves. Both of these are checked in the frontend and in the backend since frontend checks can be avoided via clever use of the browser devtools
