Generate Resource data based on Model

Currently, only the class "stub" is generate for a Resource.

Given that the resource statement referenced a model, it would be nice to generate the return value of the toArray for all of the non-hidden columns of the model.

How do you want users to generate hidden columns/attributes for a Model?

models:
  User:
    email: string
    password: string hidden
    remember_token: string hidden

For now, you may hardcode the password and remember_token. I believe that's what the model is doing currently anyway.

I don't want to introduce more syntax at this time. I believe this falls under the category of "tweaks the developer should make after generating code".
