We fixed PHPUnit detection in #237
This is great if you only use PHPUnit, but if you use Pest you end up having both the Pest and PHPUnit guidelines because Pest builds on top of PHPUnit.
Steps To Reproduce
Use pest, run boost:install, look at your guidelines.
