It's not really true in my opinion. Eloquent allows you to pass a closure to the where method to build logical groups:

Oh, I didn't know it. I wanna improve note. Can I remake pr?

If you use OR clause in `whereRaw`, you should use SQL Parentheses in `whereRaw`, closure to `where` or `orWhere` instead of `whereRaw`
