A quick GitHub search showed other instances of NamedScope.

Marking as draft while fixing CI issues.

Fixed, it is now ready for review. The problem was:

Cannot redeclare method Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Builder::callScope().

Because the Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Builder has callNamedScope() and callScope() methods. So, I can not rename callNamedScope() to callScope() in that class.
