add support for toast messages

I had to repeat these steps every time I started a new project, so I decided to turn them into a reusable feature for everyone.
This is my first PR, and I would truly appreciate it if it could be merged so that anyone—including myself—can use it directly without having to repeat the same steps for each new project.
The response UUID allows React to handle each response independently, ensuring that flash messages are displayed only once per response.

Unfortunately, I'm going to delay merging this code for now. To preserve our ability to adequately maintain this package, we need to be very careful regarding the amount of code we include.

If applicable, please consider releasing your code as an additional package so that the community can still take advantage of your contributions!
