In the nodejs implementation there were no interfaces for the internals of evaluation. So they were not part of the initial port of interfaces.
This PR adds those interfaces and adds a small interface which allows the evaluator to get data for prerequisites, segments, and big segments.
I also put an empty evaluator in, but it is very empty.
