Add Academy to Project Navigator #843

On docs.layer5.io, there is a project navigator beside the user profile that allows users to quickly access Layer5 projects. Currently, Layer5 Academy is not included in this navigator.
We need to add "Academy" to this navigator so that users can easily access Academy resources from the docs site.
Proposed Changes:
- Add an "Academy" option in the project navigator beside the existing projects.
- Ensure the Academy icon/logo is consistent with other project icons in style and size.
- Link the Academy navigator item to the official Academy page: Layer5 Academy.
