Version 2.2.0 (2022-May-26)

  • Couple Adjustments to visuals
  • Expand "non-strict word check". Now includes accents and more non-letters characters
  • Custom Words now has a UI (no more weird markdown!)
  • Moved "Use Another Channel's Emotes" to its own panel category
  • Minor Bug fixes
  • Fixed bug in Firefox where if the popup was blocked it would crash the entire site
  • Added Secondary Languages

Big thanks to excellentgeek for the french localization and the idea for adding them as an alt word

Secondary Languages can be set in settings or set automatically if your browser is set to any of the supported languages.

Supported languages can contain a localization of given word which will be shown as the primary word (This is what viewers will see). It can also may/not contain a "Translated" variant which will be shown in the "Also Valid" list in the word window

Words that contain a translated variant may have been created using translation software. In this update, it was made using DeepL

Website Rewritten in React!

The old 1.0 had problems that i wanted to fix for a long time. Was also my first website ever.

Since people are still interested in this site, i decided to give this site the real love it deserved. Not only it adds new features, but also the proper backbone to create even more cool things!

  • Renamed Site to "Da Stream Charades". Mostly because I don't want twitch to come after me
