As we were using this library with TypeScript, we thought we would try and set up the type defintions.
If the preferred process is to go through DefinitelyTyped instead, happy to do so! These definitions are basically those done there by Florian Keller (https://github.com/ffflorian), with a few extra defintions thrown in.
