Firebase auth implementation is not complete

Compared to the Parse.com auth implemention, the Firebase implementation lacks some features:

• No email verification after signup
• No 'forgot password' functionality

Finished the signup process: the process now consists of two stages, "signup" and "change password". This process has been implemented with a "mock" implementation and a Firebase implementation.
