Laragon as a local server

Can I use Laragon as a local server for Freescout, the Laravel helpdesk-ticketing system? The local network has about a hundred users and is planning to handle about ten queries per day.

Yes you can.

You can also use a Raspberry Pi as server for that low usage. Raspberry Pi OS is free and powerful. Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with 8GB RAM is cheaper than Laragon license :-)

1. Set a MySQL Password – Ensure MySQL is protected by setting a strong password.
2. Remove Alias Links – Delete all folders from {Laragon}/etc/apps to prevent unauthorized access to tools like phpMyAdmin, Memcached Admin, and Redis Admin.
   You can keep phpMyAdmin if you set strong password for MySQL.

Taking these steps will enhance security and safeguard your server environment.
