v4.0.0-rc1 — SOFT DEPRECATION

There have been no changes since `v3.0.3`. This version bump serves as a notice that `clipboard-polyfill` is being deprecated and soon will be unmaintained, because it is not necessary in any modern browser: https://github.com/lgarron/clipboard-polyfill#readme

Please try switching to the native async clipboard API and let me know if you run into any issues while doing so: https://github.com/lgarron/clipboard-polyfill/issues

If you have to support very old browsers, `clipboard-polyfill` will continue to work but it will be unsupported.
