Replace @perseveranza-pets/milo with something smaller

@perseveranza-pets/milo is a very large dependency, it's not really suitable for browser usage.

There must be a smaller dependency we can use, or perhaps we don't need a dependency at all?

I didn't realize this project existed since there's already a fetch package in the js-libp2p mono-repo.

I'm about to drop a protobuf version of fetchthat is much smaller and lighter and falls back to the built in fetch when transit is not over libp2p.
